There is something very satisfying about giving some much needed TLC to a home that has great potential, and seeing the results that you had envisioned in your head. My latest project is a home that I’ve been renovating. When I saw this cute home, I knew that with the proper cosmetic updating and repairs, it could look new once again. With a wonderful floor plan, this older home was definitely on my radar for a makeover. Quite often, a home is overlooked when the outdated, cosmetic issues cloud one’s vision and imagination. If you can look past some of the “ugly” issues, most homes have great potential.
